My locking mechanism disintegrated, I rang Craig, he was with me within a couple of hours, couldn’t fix it there and then due to an unusual part required but made the door secure overnight and returned the next day to fit the correct part he had sourced. Excellent service would highly recommend.

I contacted Craig for a quote for anti snap locks, following an unfortunate incident I was keen to improve the quality of the locks on my doors asap. Craig got back to me quickly and managed to fit me in at short notice. The service and cost was fantastic. Craig also fixed an issue with my front door without me asking. Brilliant company I’ve had locks and security lights fitted with them always to a brilliant standard. Recently my lock to my front door broke meaning I was locked out of my home, within an hour of phoning out of hours Gary had gained entry to my house and fitted a new lock with a smile. I came home to find that the lock had broken on my front door and I couldn’t get into my house. I called Craig and he arrived within 15 minutes. He was able to get the door open and replace the mechanism. He also did a full service on the door. Everything was left clean and tidy and very reasonably priced.

Came out on fathers day after a break in, quick response, fair price - was pretty obvious at that point in time I would have paid anything for the best lock but Craig talked me through what I needed and supplied and fitted at a very reasonable price.
