LOCKED OUT?

Saved before the Snow 5*

I couldn’t get into my house one lunchtime because of my door lock. I gave Craig a call. He came straight away and took a look at the door. He checked it out, saw exactly what was needed, & sourced the part. In the meantime, he made it lockable again. He came back, fitted it literally 1 hr before it started snowing! Professional, approachable, & considerate the whole time. 100% recommend!

Birthday Locksmith Guardian

Can’t praise the service enough. Locked inside my house on my birthday so got in contact and was told that they’d be with me within the hour. Indeed they came swiftly and sorted the problem in no time at all. Happy birthday me… once I was my house!

Won’t ever call anyone else now!

After our main front door lock failed only a week before Christmas, I called several Locksmiths in the local area – some didnt even respond! Craig was brilliant – quick response to survey the issue and great communication whilst sourcing a replacement but wouldnt leave without making it safe! High standard of work, and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommended!

Use this company

Nearly ended up being Scammed today. Made the mistake of getting a google locksmith that attended. Told in no uncertain terms my lock needed to be ”drilled” out.

I initially said if that’s the only alternative then drill the lock for me to gain entry.

So potentially costs involved were quoted as £49.00 call out £99.00 for the privilege of having my lock drilled and a further £89.00 for a new lock, potentially a cost of £237.00.

Luckily I have two Brilliant neighbours that contacted a trusted company, this one. Craig came out and I refused to pay the “cowboy” that was still there insisting I pay for at least having the lock drilled.

I refused to pay anything as someone other than this company told me that there was no need to drill the lock out. He still would not produce any ID or furnish me with a head office. Eventually drove away empty handed.

Craig and his team fitted a brand new lock for me in minutes and further gave me an invoice telling me to pay online. The cost of a new lock costing less than drilling the lock out.

I would not hesitate to recommend Craig and his team. Turned up liveried vehicle with ID badges and an invoice with full details.

WATCH OUT FOR THE SCAMMERS!! Use this company.

Craig came to upgrade our locks and has fitted some sash locks. He has done a fabulous job and there was no mess. Really genuine friendly guy. Price was fantastic. I suggested locks being changed that Craig told me didn’t need doing so rest assured that the advice that you get is the best for you. To top it all Craig did all this with his thumb bandaged up after an accident yesterday – what a star!!!!. He is now off to upgrade my sister’s locks. Thanks, Craig
