Craig sorted out a failed mechanism on our french doors and fixed a really annoying back door that was difficult to lock.He explained things clearly to me and I knew the cost upfront.Very friendly and chatty :)Our first time using a locksmith and he arrived when he said he would and sent a whatsapp message with a time.

We have had both our front and back door locks upgraded to anti-snap locks by Local Locksmiths and now feel super safe and secure. They also noticed our door wasn't hanging right whilst replacing the lock so realigned this for us too. Excellent service and would recommend to everyone!

Really great service. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Unfortunately we used someone a year ago and only received Craig’s details after and we were ripped off as it clearly needed to be sorted again a year after. I contacted Craig for a quote for anti snap locks, following an unfortunate incident I was keen to improve the quality of the locks on my doors asap. Craig got back to me quickly and managed to fit me in at short notice. The service and cost was fantastic. Craig also fixed an issue with my front door without me asking. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Brilliant company I’ve had locks and security lights fitted with them always to a brilliant standard. Recently my lock to my front door broke meaning I was locked out of my home, within an hour of phoning out of hours Gary had gained entry to my house and fitted a new lock with a smile. I came home to find that the lock had broken on my front door and I couldn’t get into my house. I called Craig and he arrived within 15 minutes. He was able to get the door open and replace the mechanism. He also did a full service on the door. Everything was left clean and tidy and very reasonably priced.

Came out on fathers day after a break in, quick response, fair price - was pretty obvious at that point in time I would have paid anything for the best lock but Craig talked me through what I needed and supplied and fitted at a very reasonable price.
